Types of Users

When searching for users, there are different user types that display.

Type 1: Active users are users that currently have active accounts and access to the facility.

Type 2: Inactive/Deleted users are users that previously had access to the facility, but are no longer able to access the facility.

Note: These users can be reactivated and assigned to the facility if they need access again.

Type 3: Other users are users that have never had access to the facility, but are on the same domain as the user that is signed in.

Note: These users are only shown when they meet the search criteria and the only action that can be taken on their account is assigning them access to the facility
