In this article we will review the Procedure for Adding Agency Staff.  

Description

Agency staff should be added to Aline eMAR (ACCUflo) with the role appropriate for the agency person (most likely limited or intermediate).  If the community wants to easily identify users who are from an agency and not an employee, the role of Agency can also be assigned. Agency users will need to be added the same as any other user. Please see Procedure for Adding a New User for more information on how to add new users.

Note: At the end of the agency staff's assignment, the agency user should be inactivated. The agency user can be reactivated if they work in the community again.
