Procedure for Removing a User's Access to More Than One Community

Overview    

In this article we will review the procedure for Removing a User's Access to More Than One Community.


Description

Step 1: Log into a community where the user has permissions.

Step 2: Select the Waffle Menu, then User Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 3: Select the user that needs access to another community removed to display the Overview screen.

Step 4: In the Assigned Organization section, click the X next the community that the user should no longer have access to.

Step 5: Repeat step 4 for all organizations that need removed.

Step 6: Click Save.

Note: This is necessary only if a user still needs access to other communities. If the user does not require access to any community, inactivate the user. A user that is inactivated will lose access to all
