In this article we will review the Wasted Meds Report, which lists the medications and reasons wasted for the specified Date / Time Range. 

Note: This can be filtered by Order Type.

Description

The Wasted Meds report will provide users with a list of orders that have been wasted as well as the reason for wasting during a specified time period. The report can be run for a single resident or multiple residents/groups and will default to the previous day (24hr period). It will include the Recipient, their location, Rx number, Order Description, Quantity Wasted, Witness 1, Witness 2, and Date/Time of disposal.
