Components of Resident Maintenance

Overview

To access the Resident Maintenance screen from the Main Residents screen, select the Waffle Menu, Resident Maintenance.

Resident Maintenance Header

• Viewing All Residents: Used to search for a resident by name.
  
• Status Selection: Users can select All, Active, or DC to view specific residents based on status. The default is Active.
  
• + New Resident: Used to add a new resident.

Resident Maintenance Display

Residents, based on criteria entered, will display. Select the column heading to sort the information by specific columns. 

• Name: The resident’s last name, then first name.
  
• Added: The date the resident was added to ACCUflo.
