In this article we will review the Removed From Drawer Report, which lists the medications removed from the drawer in the date / time range specified.
Description
The Removed From Drawer report provides a list of orders that were removed from the drawer during the specified time period which defaults to the previous 7 days. It can be generated for a single resident or multiple residents/groups and will include the recipient, location, date removed, order description removed, RX number, quantity removed, reason for removal, primary user signature, and the witness or secondary user signature.
