In this article we will review the Out of Cycle Report, which lists orders that were administered earlier or later than the scheduled time for the Date/Time Range specified. This report will lists the users initials and the reason given.

Description

The Out of Cycle report provides a list of administrations that occurred earlier or later than their schedule time during a specified time period. The report can be run for a single resident or multiple residents/groups and will include the recipient, location, RX number, order description, the scheduled time, the administration time, the entered time, the user's initials, and the out of cycle reason recorded by the user.
