In this article we will review the MDS Section J (Pain Management) Report, for which includes Data from the section J of the MDS requirements. The data is for 5 days prior to the date selected. 

Description

The MDS Section J report provides a listing on pain management regimens for a 5-day period prior to the selected date. It documents the recipient, whether they received a scheduled pain medication regimen, whether they received a PRN pain medication regimen, and whether they were offered and declined a PRN pain regiment. It can be generated for a single resident or multiple residents/groups.
