Overview

In this article we will review the Discharged Report - for Physician (Medications Prescribed at Discharge), which lists orders which are active when the report is printed. Form can be printed and filled out by physician for easy reordering of current meds that need to be continued at home. Indicates if drug is controlled and needs a separate script.

Note: Must print the report BEFORE the resident is discharged (since discharging will discontinue orders.

Description

The Discharge Report - For Physician provides a list of orders that are active when the report is generated. It can be printed and filled out by the physician for easy reordering of current medications that need to be continued at home. It will indicate if an order is a controlled drug and therefor requires an additional prescription. It can be generate for a single resident or multiple residents/groups. *This report must be printed right before the resident is discharged since discharging the resident from the system will discontinue all of their orders.*
