In this article we will review the Discharged Report - for Resident (Discharged Medications Dosage Chart), which 

lists orders which are active when the report is printed. Form can be printed and filled out by nurse to give to resident to take home upon discharge. 

Note: Must print the report BEFORE the resident is discharged (since discharging will discontinue orders).

Description

The Discharge Report - For Resident provide a list of orders that are active for the resident at the time the report is generated. It can be printed and filled out by the nurse to give to the resident upon discharge. It can be generated for a single resident or multiple residents/groups. *The report must be printed before the resident is discharged since discharging the resident from the system will discontinue all of their orders.*
