In this article we will review the Controlled Substance Reconciliation Report, in which for the timeframe specified, lists the medications that were reconciled.

Description

The Controlled Substance Reconciliation report provides a listing of orders where the count on hand was incorrect and required reconciliation during the specified time period. It can be run for a single resident or multiple residents/groups and will include the recipient, location, RX number, order description, quantity recorded during Controlled Substance Count, reconciled quantity, the date/time of reconciliation, and user(s) performing reconciliation.
