In this article we will be reviewing the Bowel Movement Report which lists administrations of active orders that have the term “Bowel” in the order description AND an order action of RESULT or Toi#_BOW.

Description

The Bowel Movement report provides results of the charting of bowel movements. To be included, the order must have the term "Bowel" in the order description and have an order action of "Result" or "Toi#_BOW". The report will provide the administration date, the order description, who administered the order, and the documented results.
