Possible Duplicate Therapies

Aline eMAR (ACCUflo) will tag an order as a Possible Duplicate Therapy if one resident is assigned two therapeutically identical medications with two different RX numbers. Possible Duplicate Therapies should be resolved during the order approval process. Any possible duplicates will be labeled as such.

Possible Duplicate Therapies that have not been resolved during the order approval process can be found via the Maintenance Menu > Possible Duplicate Therapies.

The count of current Possible Duplicate Therapies will also be displayed on the footer and in ACCUsummary.

Note: Possible Duplicate Therapies will display during the order approval process. Best practice is to resolve them at this time.
