In this QRG for Medication Techs we will review Logging into the program.

Medication Techs: Logging In

If Aline eMAR (ACCuflo) is not already running on the med cart computer, select the Aline eMAR (ACCUflo) Icon from the Computer's desktop.

Note: Whoever is logged into Aline eMAR (ACCUflo) will digitally sign any order administrations for the duration the user is logged in. It is essential that the individual administering orders be the same individual who is logged into ACCUflo.  

Step 1: To log into Aline eMAR (ACCUflo), type in the Username provided to you by  community management.

Step 2: Type in the Domain provided to you by community management.

Step 3: Type in the Password provided to you by community management.
Step 4: Select Login.

Step 5: If you are logging in for the first time, Aline eMAR (ACCUflo) will prompt you to change your password.

Step 6: Enter the Current Password

Step 7: Type in the New Password

Step 8: Select Save Change.

Note: Community management will provide you with specific password requirements.

Step 9: During the initial login, fill in the four security questions.

Note: These questions will assist users when attempting to reset a forgotten Aline eMAR (Accuflo) password.
