Overview
In this article we will review the TAR (Treatment Administered Record) Report, which for the selected month and order types, lists orders with administration dates and times as well as the charting for each order. The report includes discontinued routine orders if any administrations were recorded in the month. It also includes PRN orders discontinued in the month even if there were no administrations.
Description
The Treatment Administration Record (TAR) provides a record of orders with administration dates and times as well as charting for each order within the selected month. By default, the TAR will includeonly orders with an order type of Treatment. It will include discontinued routine orders if any administrations were recorded within the month. It will also include discontinued PRN orders irrespective of administrations. The TAR can be run for a single resident or multiple residents/groups. Additionally, it will include a symbol key, site key, order description, give time, order actions, recipient, date of birth, medical record number, physician, physician phone number, allergies, diagnosis, and location.
