In this article we will review the Personal Care Report, which lists information charted for Personal Care orders.
Note: The user can choose to have these orders on the TAR if the user does not want a separate report.Description
The Personal Care report provides a record of the administration of Personal Care/ADL orders for a resident. The report can be pulled for a single resident or multiple residents for a given month.
