Overview

In this article we will review the Orders Charted While in Reconcile Report, which lists orders that have been charted while in reconcile in the specified Date / Time Range. This report lists scheduled give time(s) and time order was administered (or marked as Did Not Administer) as well as the staff member or authorized administrations while the order was out of compliance. 

Description

The Orders Charted While in Reconcile Report shows administrations that have occurred on orders while they were in a reconcile state due to a count discrepancy. The report will include the recipient, the order, who administered the order, and who authorized the order to be administered/not administered.
