In this article we will review the Notes Report, which lists the notes for the specified Date / Time Range. It also includes notes automatically generated when a resident’s status is changed.

Description

The Notes report provides a record of all notes entered in ACCUflo during a specified time period. The report can be run for a single resident or multiple residents and can also be filtered by note type. It will provide the recipient, location, date/time the note was entered, the note type, the order description of the note (if applicable), the text of the note, the end date of the note, the notes urgency, and status.
