Overview

In this article we will review the Diabetic Diagnosis (Diabetic Record) report, which lists  residents with a diabetes diagnosis on their resident profile either as a diagnosis in Resident Maintenance or as a "Reason for Order."

Description

The diabetic diagnosis report will provide a listing of all residents with a diabetic diagnosis.

Note: Diagnosis that are entered as Right Side of POS Orders will not appear on this report.
