Overview

In this article we will be reviewing the Change of Shift Report, which lists the number of orders and behaviors in missed, PRNs administered , results not charted, orders marked DNA and comments added in the Date/Time Range specified. 

Description

The Change of Shift report contains a record of the number of orders and behaviors that are missed, the number of PRNs administered, that number of uncharted PRN results, number of orders marked as Did Not Administer, and any comments that were added during the specified time period. It can be run for a single resident or multiple residents/groups.
