Overview

In this article we will review the Right Side of POS Headers.

To get to Facility Maintenance select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

All Facility Maintenance options are community specific. These options are reviewed during the implementation process and changes should be made only after careful consideration. Please contact your Aline Implementation Specialist or Account Manager for assistance with these features.

Note: If changes are made, to ensure all changes take effect, please log out and log back into ACCUflo.

Right Side of POS Headers

Right Side of POS Headers are used when creating RHS of POS orders in Library Orders and to organize orders sent from the pharmacy.

Procedure for Adding Right Side of POS Headers

Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select RSPOS Headers.

Step 3: All Right Side of POS Headers will display.

Step 4: Select Add New Header to add a header to the top of the list, or select the + icon to add a new Header directly below another header in the list.

Step 5: Enter Description.

Step 6: Drag and drop the new header if the position needs to change.

Procedure for Editing Right Side of POS Headers

Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select RSPOS Headers.

Step 3: All Right side of POS Headers will display.

Step 4: To change the status, select the check box to choose between Active (checked) or Inactive(unchecked).

Step 5: To change the Sort Order, grab the Header to drag and drop it into its new position. 

Step 6: Select Save.

Note: Creating and Editing RHS or POS Library Orders is limited to users with those permissions.
