Location Management

Overview

In this article we will review the procedures for Physician Maintenance, Report Maintenance, and Location Management.


To get to Facility Maintenance select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

LocationsThe wing/room/bed configuration for the community. Please contact Aline Customer Support for assistance if changes are needed.


All Facility Maintenance options are community specific. These options are reviewed during the implementation process and changes should be made only after careful consideration. Please contact your Aline Implementation Specialist or Account Manager for assistance with these features.


Note: If changes are made, to ensure all changes take effect, please log out and log back into ACCUflo.


Location Management

Location Management is used to configure the rooms that appear within ACCUflo. Users who have access to this feature have the ability to add, edit, and move rooms to different locations.

Adding a new location

Option 1


Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select Locations from the Header Options.

Step 3: Add the Location by selecting + Location.

Step 4: Fill out the New Location pop up including the Location Name, Location Type, and Location Parent.

Step 5: Select Add.


Option 2


Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select Locations from the Header Options.

Step 3: Expand the existing locations and click the + button on the parent location that is having the room added to it.

Step 4: Fill out the New Location pop up including the Location Name, Location Type, and Location Parent.

Step 5: Select Add.


If the Pharmacy interfaces with ACCUflo to get residents and orders in the system, the Location will need a unique Location ID attached to it. This can be done while adding a new Location or editing a Location. This ID will go in either the Pharmerica HL7 Interface ID or FRAMEWORK Interface ID fields.


Editing a Location

Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select Locations from the Header Options.

Step 3: Expand the Facility and the according branches until the location that needs editing is found.

Step 4: Select the Pencil Icon to the right of the location.

Step 5: Update necessary information.

Step 6: Select Save.


Moving a location

Step 1: Select the Waffle Menu, Facility Maintenance from the header of any screen in ACCUflo.

Step 2: Select Locations from the Header Options.

Step 3: Expand the Facility and the according branches until the location that needs to be moved is found.

Step 4: Drag the location that needs to be moved over the location it needs to be moved to.
